To ensure we’re able to provide our users with the best support experience, we moved our ticketing platform. The transition began at the close of business on April 29, 2024 and was complete the following day.
Following this migration, there are a few ways that communications with our team will change: the formatting of email communications will look different, you will receive an automated email response as soon as you write in, and there will be ticket numbers in order to make it easier for our team to support you.

If you had an open ticket with us at the close of business on April 29, we have automatically migrated the ticket over to our new platform.
