About your subscription

When you set up your Mercury Personal subscription, you’ll also set up hassle-free payments via automatic debits from your Mercury Personal balance.

The fastest way to fund your Mercury Personal account is to wire money from an external account. You can also fund your account by sending an ACH transfer or depositing a check. 

We’ll always make sure your account has sufficient funds before debiting the subscription fee. The $240 annual subscription fee will be debited from the account once your first deposit lands.

Your Mercury Personal subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. We’ll notify you via email before future renewals happen. If you wish to cancel your Mercury Personal subscription, please email us at personal@mercury.com.
