This article outlines how to connect to our new QuickBooks integration. With this new update, you’ll be able to map your Mercury accounts to existing QuickBooks ledger accounts so that your categorized transactions always show up in the right place.

Update your QuickBooks accounting sync
- In Mercury, go to Settings > Integrations, find the QuickBooks section, and click Update.
- Sign in with your QuickBooks username and password.
- Review and update the mapping of your Mercury accounts to your QuickBooks ledger.
Make sure the mapping for each account matches what you have already mapped to in your QuickBooks bank feed so the accounting records sync accurately. Follow these steps to check your existing bank feed mappings:
- In QuickBooks, navigate to Transactions > Bank transactions.
- Click the pencil icon within the existing bank feed account and select Edit account info.
- Review the Mercury account each bank feed is connected to, and update the mapping in Mercury accordingly.
Once connected, QuickBooks will appear as "Active" on your Integrations page in Mercury. You can also disconnect the integration directly from your Integrations page at any time.
