If there is an issue with your client’s Quickbooks, Xero or NetSuite connection e.g. syncing issues, 2FA issues, your client will need to reach out to support@mercury.com as they are the owner of the Mercury account.
If there is a question related to GL codes or a non-permissions question, you as a team member on their Mercury account may reach out to your dedicated Partner Manager or Partner Success team.
