If you're using a Mercury Personal account, we will reimburse ATM fees for any ATM worldwide, including any foreign transaction fees charged by Mastercard (our card network).
Cash withdrawal limits
You can use your physical debit card at ATMs to withdraw up to $3,000 cash per card per business day, with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of $3,000 across all cardholders on the account. Cashback withdrawals also count toward your daily transaction and ATM withdrawal limits.
For example – if you have 3 cardholders on your Mercury account and 1 of them withdraws $3,000 in a single business day, the other cardholders would not be able to withdraw any additional funds until the next day. They still have a $3,000 individual withdrawal limit, but it gets superseded by the overall account withdrawal limit. If needed, you can set individual card limits on the cards on your account.
Cash deposits with Mercury
Since Mercury doesn’t operate any ATMs directly or partner with any brick-and-mortar banks, we cannot accept cash deposits at this time. To add funds, we recommend depositing via check, wire, or ACH.
