If you’re using a Mercury Personal account, here’s how we handle ATM and foreign transaction fees.
ATM fee reimbursements
We reimburse 100% of ATM fees, worldwide. Reimbursements are usually posted instantly, but may take up to 3 business days from the transaction date. You can find the reimbursement credit listed on your Transactions page once it has been processed.
Foreign transaction fees
If you use your Mercury Personal debit card for a purchase or ATM withdrawal in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to US dollars by Mastercard® based on their exchange rate at the time of settlement.
Mercury does not currently charge foreign transaction fees beyond those charged by Mastercard®, our card network.
