For starters, you can track the progress of your application in the sidebar of your application and can log back into your account and pick up the application where you left off if needed.
Throughout the process, the more we learn about your business, the more likely your application will be approved. A website isn’t required, but it greatly helps our onboarding team evaluate your application. If you provide a website, please ensure it’s tied to the business that you’re applying for.
You’ll need to provide ownership details about anyone with a 25% or more stake in the company, and you’ll also need your company formation documents.
Currently, we cannot accept companies that are formed outside of the US. If you are submitting a SS-4, please ensure it is not just the application, but the returned version from the IRS.
To expedite the application, please email partnerships@mercury.com, your partner manager, or your service provider who is a Mercury partner. Applications will be reviewed within 1-2 business days or same-day for expedited applications.
If your application is denied, this is often due to missing or incorrect documentation submitted with the original application. Please double-check the list and then reach out to partnerships@mercury.com.
