Each unique TIN (taxpayer identification number) should correspond to a single 1099-NEC and/or 1099-MISC.
If you notice there are duplicate profiles for the same entity that share matching information, such as names, bank account details (routing and account numbers), emails, or addresses, you can select and then combine these profiles by clicking on the icon (👥) in the action menu.
