After logging into Mercury, you can select Invoicing under workflows from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen. This will bring you to your Mercury Invoicing dashboard where you can:
- View your total amounts for open, overdue, and paid invoices, as well as the number of invoices in each category
- View all of your invoices, and order them by customer, due date, invoice creation date, invoice number, amount, and status
- Export a list of your invoices
Selecting an invoice from the list will open up a panel with further details specific to that invoice. Here you can leave an internal note for your records, edit or cancel the invoice, mark as paid, and change the account into which the payment is deposited.
You also have the option to send a reminder to your customer, as well as download the invoice PDF or access a share link for the invoice.
