Blocking and unblocking merchants
You can block a merchant once they've charged your card by heading to your Transactions page.
From here select the transaction in question to open the detailed view on the righthand side of the page. In the bottom right of this view you should see '...' - clicking this will open up more options. Select Block Merchant to prevent said merchant from charging this specific card going forward.
If you'd like to instead remove a merchant block, you can do this exactly the same: Transactions; select transaction; select '...'; and this time choose to Unblock Merchant.
Multiple merchants can be blocked on one card, and you should be able to view all the merchants blocked on specific cards by heading to Cards and selecting any of the cards to view their blocks.
Disclaimer: The ‘Block Merchant’ function does not notify the merchant. Because of this, depending on the terms of the sales or service, you may still owe the merchant for failed payment attempts. Merchants also may be able to continue processing payments depending on their terms of use, and should this happen we recommend reaching out to the merchant to fully cancel the transaction or series of transactions.
