What's changing?
In 2026, Mercury Advisory is introducing a new Mercury-exclusive investment option to its mutual fund offering in Mercury Treasury. ¹
MCRYX: In July, funds invested in the Morgan Stanley Ultra-Short Income Portfolio (MULSX) will automatically move into MCRYX, a new Mercury-exclusive mutual fund with the same investment strategy. Mercury worked with Morgan Stanley Investment Management to design this mutual fund specifically for Mercury customers. It gives Mercury greater ability to manage fund expenses on your behalf over time.
This change will happen automatically and no action is required by you. All other aspects of your Treasury account remain the same:
- Same investment strategy, same team. Your money remains in the Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Trust, managed by the same portfolio professionals.
- Automated transfers. Your existing rules will continue without change.
- Accounting integrations. Still syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite. 2
- Account protections. Your account remains in your company's name, custodied by our broker-dealer Apex, with SIPC coverage.
What if I want to opt out?
If you'd like to opt out of this change, please notify Mercury support or edit your Treasury portfolio by end of day on July 14, 2026.
