Eligible Mercury Business organizations may receive an ACH reimbursement of up to $10 for one eligible transaction made by an eligible IO cardholder when that transaction is categorized as "Mercury Gift" within 30 days of the user's first IO Card being issued, regardless of whether that 30-day period extends beyond the promotion period.
How it works
- Receive your first IO Card during the promotion period.
- Make an eligible purchase using your IO Card.
- Once your transaction has been posted, categorize it by selecting "Mercury Gift" as the transaction category in Mercury within 30 days of your first IO Card being issued.
- We'll reimburse your organization for that purchase, up to $10.
Eligibility
- Open to eligible Mercury Business organizations participating in the promotion.
- This promotion is available for up to five eligible team members per organization. To qualify, a team member must receive their first IO Card during the promotion period. Primary Admins are not eligible for the promotion..
- Users must maintain an active IO Card and associated Mercury account in good standing to remain eligible.
How to Qualify
- Limit one (1) reimbursement per eligible user.
- Reimbursement is limited to up to $10 per eligible user, regardless of the transaction amount.
- Make an eligible purchase using your IO Card.
- Once your transaction has posted, categorize it as "Mercury Gift" in Mercury within 30 days of your IO card’s issuance.
- Reimbursements will be deposited by ACH into the organization's Mercury account.
- Reimbursements are made to the organization, not the individual cardholder.
- If you do not categorize an eligible transaction within 30 days of receiving your first IO Card, Mercury may automatically categorize one eligible transaction as "Mercury Gift" and apply the applicable reimbursement to the organization's Mercury account.
Promotion Limits
- Maximum reimbursement is $10 per eligible user.
- Maximum reimbursement is $50 per organization (up to five eligible users).
- This offer may not be combined with any other Mercury promotion or reimbursement unless otherwise specified.
Promotion Period
- Promotion begins August 25, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends September 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT, unless modified or terminated earlier by Mercury.
- Eligible users must receive their first IO Card during the promotion period.
- Once eligible, users have 30 days from IO Card issuance to categorize one eligible transaction as "Mercury Gift," even if that 30-day period extends beyond the promotion end date.
Modifications & Termination
- Mercury reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, or other circumstances affecting the administration or integrity of the promotion.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the promotion or other account action.
- Mercury's determinations regarding eligibility, qualifying transactions, reimbursements, and interpretation of these Promotion Terms are final.

- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms.
- This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
