Finding your wire details

To receive incoming payments, you’ll need to share your account’s wire instructions. You can view them directly from your Mercury dashboard or download a PDF to share with others. This article walks you through both options. Alternatively, you can use our payment request feature.

Accessing wire details from the web

  1. From your dashboard, go to the Accounts section from the left-hand menu and select the account you’d like to receive funds into
  2. In the account details summary, click Documents and select Wire Details
  3. Confirm your account and click Download to save a PDF copy to your computer

Alternate method

You can also view wire details from the “Move Money” menu. Click Deposit, select your receiving account, and click View More Details. You’ll see instructions for domestic and international (USD and non-USD) wires. You can copy the details, download them as a PDF, or click Share to email them directly.

Accessing wire details from your mobile app

  1. From your Mercury iOS or Android apps, head to your Accounts tab (bank icon)
  2. Choose the account you'd like wire details for and select Wire Details
  3. A PDF version will open which you can download to your device
