Supported currencies for incoming international payments

Currently, only Mercury customers that are on our partner bank, Column N.A., Member FDIC, can accept international wires in non-USD currencies. The funds are automatically converted to USD at a mid-market rate before they hit your account.

Mercury customers that are on our other partner banks can only accept USD transfers. In these cases, any incoming non-USD transfers will be returned to sender.

How can I tell which partner bank each of my accounts are held with?

Log into your Mercury dashboard and open the Accounts page to view all of your accounts. Click into an account to view its details. On the right hand side of the screen, you will see the name of the Mercury partner bank associated with that account.
