Your Task Feed keeps you up to date with important information about your account that you have to take action on. You’ll find tasks related to account set up and verification, approvals for users on your account, information about ACH authorizations and other payments, and more.
You can access your tasks via your Mercury dashboard or mobile app following the steps below.
On your dashboard:
- Go to your Task Feed to view tasks
- Time sensitive tasks will be indicated in the feed
- Click into the task to complete it
- Completed tasks automatically disappear from the feed
On your mobile app:
- Go to your home page
- Tasks will appear on your home page below the balance graph
- Tap on the task to complete it
- Completed tasks automatically disappear from the feed
