Updating your email address

You can edit the email address that you use to log in at any time from your Profile page.

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings > My Profile
2. Next to your email address, select Edit
3. Confirm your password, then add your new email address and click Update
4. You’ll need to verify your new email address through a link sent to your inbox before the change takes effect
    

Can't log in and need to change your email?

If you no longer have access to the email linked to your Mercury account and can't log in, reach out to us at help@mercury.com. We'll ask you to verify a few details to confirm your identity before we can update your email address.
