Using your Mercury debit card at ATMs

Some ATM operators may charge a separate convenience or operation fee that is outside of our control. If you withdraw cash in a currency other than USD, Mercury will charge a fee for currency conversion. Learn more here.

Cash withdrawal limits

You can use your Mercury debit card at ATMs to withdraw up to $1,000 cash per card per business day, with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of $3,000 across all cardholders on the account.

For example – if you have 7 cardholders on your Mercury account and 6 of them withdraw $500 each in a single business day, the other cardholder would not be able to withdraw any additional funds until the next day. They still have a $500 individual withdrawal limit, but it gets superseded by the overall account withdrawal limit.

Cash deposits with Mercury

Since Mercury doesn’t operate any ATMs directly or partner with any brick-and-mortar banks, we cannot accept cash deposits at this time. To add funds, we recommend depositing via check, wire, or ACH.
