Activating your card

Virtual cards are activated automatically, but physical cards will need to be manually activated before their first use.

Here's how to do it:

Go to app.mercury.com/activate and make sure you’re logged in with the Mercury profile associated with the card.
1. Alternately, you can go to your Cards page, click on the Unactivated card next to your name, and click the blue Activate button.
Enter the CVC code.
Create and save a new PIN, which you can change anytime.

The Mercury Debit Cards are issued by Choice Financial Group and Evolve Bank & Trust, Members FDIC, pursuant to licenses from Mastercard. The IO Card is issued by Patriot Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard.
