Adding a card to your mobile wallet

You can easily make contactless purchases with your mobile device by adding your physical or virtual cards to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

The easiest way to add your cards to your digital wallets is directly through the Mercury App. Login, head to Cards, and then select the card you wish to push to your digital wallet.

Adding to Apple Wallet

Open your Wallet app.
Tap the + icon in the upper right.
Select Debit or Credit Card from the list.
If you’re adding a physical card, you’ll be asked to take a picture. If you’re adding a virtual card, tap Enter Card Details Manually to enter the card number. Be sure to wait until you're prompted to enter the card details before you reveal them in your Mercury dashboard or app.
You’ll have the option to open your Mercury app to verify, or opt to be sent a verification code via email. Enter this code and you’re all set.

Adding to Google Pay

Open your Google Pay app.
Towards the bottom, choose Payment > Add.
Enter the card details for whichever card you want to add. Be sure to wait until you're prompted to enter the card details before you reveal them in your Mercury dashboard or app.
You’ll have the option to open your Mercury app to verify, or opt to be sent a verification code via email, so make sure the phone number on file can accept text messages. Enter this code and you’re all set.

The Mercury Debit Cards are issued by Choice Financial Group and Evolve Bank & Trust, Members FDIC, pursuant to licenses from Mastercard. The IO Card is issued by Patriot Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard.
