When you're logged in
The fastest way to get help is by messaging us directly from your dashboard. Here's how:
- Log in to your Mercury account
- On web, click the ? icon in the bottom-right corner — or on mobile, go to Settings > Help
- A messaging widget will open for you to start chatting

If you don’t have an account or can’t login
You can email us at help@mercury.com or scroll to the bottom of this page and click Contact Us. Please include:
- A detailed description of your issue
- Any relevant attachments or screenshots
- The email address associated with your Mercury account (if applicable)
Note: For security reasons, we can’t share account-specific information unless your email matches the one linked to an existing Mercury account.
