Coffee pop-ups: Promotion terms

Eligible Mercury business account users can receive a reimbursement of up to $30 when they make one qualifying purchase with a Mercury debit card or IO Card at a participating location during the promotion period. 

This article explains who is eligible for the coffee pop-up promotion, how to qualify, and how reimbursements are issued.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to eligible Mercury Business organizations participating in the promotion.
  • Eligible users must make a qualifying purchase using a Mercury debit card or IO Card.
  • Users must maintain an active Mercury account in good standing to remain eligible.

2. How to Qualify

  • Make one eligible purchase at a participating location during the applicable promotion period.
  • The purchase must be made using a Mercury debit card or IO Card.
  • The qualifying transaction must post successfully.
  • Reimbursement is limited to the posted transaction amount, up to $30.

3. Promotion Limits

  • Limit one (1) reimbursement per eligible user during each city promotion.
  • Users may receive one reimbursement during the San Francisco promotion and one reimbursement during the New York promotion if otherwise eligible.
  • This offer may not be combined with any other Mercury promotion or reimbursement unless otherwise specified.

4. Promotion Periods & Participating Locations

San Francisco Promotion

  • Promotion Period: July 29, 2026 through August 2, 2026
  • Participating Locations:
    • Breadbelly (both San Francisco locations)
    • SŌHN

New York Promotion

  • Promotion Period: August 4, 2026 through August 9, 2026
  • Participating Locations:
    • Leon's Bagels (all participating New York locations)

5. Reimbursement

  • Eligible reimbursements will be deposited by ACH into the organization's Mercury account.
  • Reimbursements are made to the organization, not the individual cardholder.

6. Modifications & Termination

  • Mercury reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, or other circumstances affecting the administration or integrity of the promotion.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the promotion or other account action.
  • Mercury's determinations regarding eligibility, qualifying purchases, reimbursements, and interpretation of these Promotion Terms are final.

7. Additional Terms

  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms.
  • This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
