FAQs
Mercury does not show up in my widget search
iOS can be slow to recognize new widgets when you update an app. If you’re on the latest version of iOS and the Mercury app, and you don’t see widgets, try rebooting your device.
My widget is blank or not showing any data
This is a rare issue that can occur when you’re using an older version of the Mercury app. If rebooting doesn’t fix the issue, try removing the blank widget and setting up a new one. We ship updates often, so ensure that you are always updated to the newest version to access our latest features. If the problem still persists, please let us know at help@mercury.com.
